We have training sessions at different times and points in Valencia and its surroundings, and if none of them suits you, you can always create your own (see Create your group) .

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Description: Functional training in the form of a circuit led by a coach with music and materials such as Trx, resistance bands, jump ropes, rubber bands, coordination ladders, etc. Cardio and strength are combined for a more complete workout.
Different exercises will be carried out in different areas and they will be rotated according to the times set by the coach.
Level: Adapted to all levels, since each one will perform as many repetitions as they can according to their ability and take as much weight as they can.
Maximum capacity: 30 people. Being in the form of a circuit in each group there will be no more than 5 people.
What to bring?: Water and a mat (optional but recommended)

ValenCross
Description:Functional training with the possibility of taking weight Materials such as kettlebells, weights, bars with discs in addition to the materials that are provided in all training such as trx, resistance bands, jump ropes, etc.
Level:Adapted to all levels, since each one will perform as many repetitions as they can according to their ability and take as much weight as they can (the weight is optional).
Maximum capacity: 30 people.
*When there are more than 10 people, the training will be done in the form of a training circuit so that there are no more than 5 people in each group.
What to bring?: Water and mat (optional but recommended)

Booty Project
Description: Specific half-hour training for buttocks and legs.
Level:Adapted to all levels, since each one will perform as many repetitions as they can according to their ability and take as much weight as they can.
Maximum capacity: 30 people.

Abs Express
Description: Half-hour training specifically for abdominals.
Level: Adapted to all levels, since each one will perform as many repetitions as they can according to their ability and take as much weight as they can.
Maximum capacity: 30 people.

Tábata 30´
Description: Training of half an hour of exercises in the form of Tabata (workouts of 8 series of 20 seconds each, with the greatest number of repetitions, with 10 seconds of rest between them).
Level: Adapted to all levels, since each one will perform as many repetitions as they can according to their ability and take as much weight as they can.
Maximum capacity:30 people.
What to bring?:Water and mat (optional but recommended)

GAPilates
Description:Directed class in which different twists and stretches typical of Pilates are practiced and combined with exercises focused on the buttocks, abdominals and legs.
Level:Adapted to all levels, since those who have a low level will gradually do what they can and the teacher corrects as much as possible.
Maximum capacity:16 people.
What to bring?: Mat and water.

YOGUILATES
Description:Fusion of yoga and pilates
Level: Adapted to all levels, since those who have a low level will gradually do what they can and the teacher corrects as much as possible.
Maximum capacity: 16 people.
What to bring?: Mat and water

DANCE FIT
Description: Dance class led by a dance teacher. Different choreographies of commercial music, r&b, pop, hip hop, reggaeton, etc. are performed in mirror mode. The teacher is in front and people do the same steps. The choreographies vary each month and weekly news is introduced.
Level: Medium level.
Maximum capacity: 20 people.
What to bring?: Water and comfortable clothes.

Junior Fit
Description: Functional training for young people between 12 and 18 years old, where different exercises will be carried out directed by a trainer with music and materials such as Trx, resistance bands, jump ropes, rubber bands, coordination stairs, etc. Cardio and strength are combined for a more complete workout.
Level: Adapted to all levels, since each one will perform as many repetitions as they can according to their ability and take as much weight as they can.
Maximum capacity:20 people.

Senior Fit
Description:Functional training for people who cannot follow the ritual of the rest of the classes or who prefer exercises of less intensity, less impact and more functional. These exercises will improve fitness and the ability to perform everyday tasks
Level:Low-medium.
Maximum capacity: 20 people. Mandatory reservation.
What to bring?: Water and mat (optional but recommended)
