bands, jump ropes, rubber bands, coordination ladders, etc. Cardio and strength are combined for a more complete workout.<\/p><p>Different exercises will be carried out in different areas and they will be rotated according to the times set by the coach.<\/p><p><strong>Level:<\/strong> Adapted to all levels, since each one will perform as many repetitions as they can according to their ability
